For abuse and safety issues, write URGENT in the subject line. We act on abuse reports within 24 hours.
Codes are sent over SMS and expire after 10 minutes. If a code doesn’t arrive within a minute, tap “Use a different number” and start again. If your phone is on a US carrier and codes still don’t land, email us with your number and we’ll investigate.
In the iOS app, every listing and chat thread has a ⋯ menu with a Report option. Pick a reason and add a note if you want. Reports go directly to our trust team and are reviewed within 24 hours.
Open the chat thread, tap the ⋯ menu in the top right, and choose Block this user. Blocked users cannot message you.
In the iOS app: Account tab → “Delete account” (red button below Sign out). Confirm twice. Your handle, profile photo, saved location, and listings are removed; chat history other users received is anonymized.
No. Lion Market is a discovery and messaging platform; all payments and shipping are arranged offline between buyer and seller. We never charge fees or take a cut.
Lion is an AI helper that answers listing questions, sets reminders, and helps coordinate meetups. Replies are generated by a large language model and may be wrong; use your own judgment for purchases and meetups.
