Pikachu ex

Predicted Apr 17, 2026
I think it will go down over the next three months relative to the $3,500 report-day price. While this Pikachu ex is popular, the set is very new and PSA recorded roughly 596 new copies in just the last 30 days. There is a materially divergent newer observation at $4,200, but that move may reverse. I would hold off on buying until the PSA 10 price drops closer to my $3,220 target.
Pikachu ex has climbed since Ascended Heroes released. For a PSA 10, my down call uses the report-day price of $3,500, up from about $2,275 just a month ago. There is a materially divergent newer observation at $4,200, but this newer move may reverse. Raw Near Mint copies have also climbed from about $522 in mid-February to roughly $884. This early run is typical for a popular new chase card, but it brings high risk. The set is less than three months old, and fresh supply is still entering the market. PSA recorded roughly 596 new graded copies in the last 30 days alone. About 71% of all recorded PSA grades Oracle saw were PSA 10, meaning top grades are relatively common. If many owners list these new copies, buyers will have far more choices. I expect the PSA 10 price to head lower relative to the $3,500 report-day price over the next three months.

Cards from sets less than three months old often see price drops relative to their report-day price as more packs are opened.
